一阵晕眩，休息片刻。
看看时钟，六点了，是时候回家了。

早就该回家的。

宁愿回家发呆，也不愿留下。
上上网，听听歌，也好比忙些不知所谓的东西。

这样白头发也会少几根。

朋友送的公仔饼。中秋

老实说，我真的还蛮喜欢吃嘞。
虽然很Cartoon，味道可真不错 ;p

老爸说，味道不错，松软；做法和某地方的公仔饼一样。

相比之下，至少人家会做，我只会印，呵呵。
我在想，不知道她吞得下我的无馅猪仔嘞？嘻嘻！

“没想到看她这样子，也会弄好吃的” 妈妈说。
“别小看孔小姐，人家很会煮的嘞” 我说。

“你会说看她这样子，那她母亲会看我什么样子呢？” 我问，有点好奇。
“工人的样子 . . . ”，她笑说。

walau yeh，这样不给面子咩！

冰皮。中秋

几乎每一天都有顾客来找冰皮月饼。
今年上门来求购月饼的人，比起去年来的多。

据顾客们所言，其他比较出名的月饼实在太贵，买不下手；今年想试试我们家的月饼。
听了，还蛮开心的；其实最重要是馅料要好吃。

也因此，没有多余的时间来制作冰皮；没办法，实在太忙，人手不足。
加上结婚礼饼的订单甚多，惟有今天加工，做冰皮。

看起来，很简单，可是做起来，是一门功夫。

卖相不错吧，想吃吗？

想念TA

很多时候都无法解释为什么会那么想念TA。

时间过得越久，越是想念。

虽然知道TA安好，有朋友陪伴左右，吃喝玩乐，还是那么想念TA。

越是想念，心情越是难受。

这几天都在店铺里忙。
不一样的是，这里没有“公司政治”。
虽然从早忙到傍晚，反而越忙越开心。

中秋在即，开始有顾客上门来选购月饼。
店铺虽小，名声也远不及其他酒楼月饼，但月饼的味道可不输于他人。

所谓小有小做，大有大做。好不好吃，是看个人口味，不能比较。
大家都有自己的顾客，喜欢吃就好。

昨天帮忙做了中秋公仔饼，不错！
猪仔（猪笼饼）是众公仔饼中，最受顾客们喜爱，尤其是小朋友们。

我是个懒人，

懒得连水果也不想切来吃，

妈妈说我“懒得出汁”。

我承认，除了水果，我也懒得吃。

对吃没有讲究，只要入得了口，我统统接受。

每次妈妈切水果时，她都会多切一份给我吃。

我不大爱吃橙，但妈妈切的，我喜欢吃。

她拨开橙皮，去掉橙衣，这样吃起来就没有橙渣。

所以我说，住家里一定比住外头好。

至少不需为“吃”“住”而烦。

I called again to the courier service and purposely look for a girl called "Siti", which she named it for herself yesterday.

ME : Hello, can I speak to Siti? (same person picked up yesterday)
CS : Anything? (I believed she forgot her "name")
ME : I've called yesterday to check on my parcel, just want to know whether it was delivered
CS : What is the consignment number? (the way she spoke was a bit rude)
ME : 2019xxxxxx

[ few seconds later]

CS : Oh my god! They did not send. (then she kept quiet)
ME : They did not send? Why did not send? 
CS : ....

[ few seconds later] 

CS : No manpower, nobody want to send. (then she stopped)
ME : NO MANPOWER?? IS THIS YOUR CUSTOMER PROBLEM?!!
CS : ....
ME : The parcel was sent to your office since last Saturday, but until now still yet arrange for delivery??
CS : ....
ME : If no manpower a day before yesterday, then at least you have to arrange and send it yesterday! WHEN YOU WANT TO SEND??
CS : Can we send tomorrow?
ME : Tomorrow? Yesterday you have promised to send out today!
CS : ....

I don't want to push her as I knew that there's no way the parcel can be reached by today

ME : So, can you promise to send tomorrow?
CS : Err, let me check.

What??!! Still want to check?

[10 seconds later]

CS: Okay, we promise to send tomorrow.


No manpower? Nobody want to send? or have manpower but nobody want to send?? All just excuses! Again, is the working altitude, they are not serious about their work. What I can say is LAZINESS!

What they expect me to do? Go and collect by myself?! No way. If that the case, why should I pay extra? What's the differences between courier service and ordinary post?? 

What an excellent service they provided!

Again, hopefully my friend can receive it tomorrow. May still give her a surprise but not me.

Parcel for a friend, but surprised me

I thought this will surprise her, at the end, I'm the one who felt surprised. According to the delivery schedule, the parcel should reach her yesterday, but yet. I called to check with the courier service and I got the below answer, it was suprising me!

ME : hello, this is xxx, I would like to check the status of my parcel.
CS : can I have the numbers?
ME : 2019xxxxxxx.
CS : Please wait.

[10 seconds later]

CS : Oh yes, your parcel is here. (then, she stopped)

[after few seconds]

ME : Err, so?
CS : Unable to send, can you come to collect?
ME : huh ?? Why you couldn't send?
CS : No manpower lah Miss. (then, she stopped, again)
ME : HUH???

I was like ... "what the hell ...",  I don't know whether I should laugh or get angry

CS : Can send tomorrow? (she answered.. to cover herself)
ME : PLEASE, SEND TOMORROW. YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE PARCEL 2 DAYS AGO AND IT SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY YESTERDAY. PLEASE SEND TOMORROW.
CS : Okay, yes, ya ... (hang up, without saying thank you)
ME : What's your name?
CS : Siti ..

I've shared these conversation with my colleagues, they laughed and speechless. The reason is we are facing the same issue here and we know what's actually happened to them.

Now everyone is talking about SERVICES. The more you care about your customers, the more they will want to continue working with you, and this will help your business grow. Therefore, altitude is very important. And, before answering customer's question, please think and answer carefully.

I think I'm a good customer, patient enough. Hopefully my friend will receive the parcel tomorrow.

Hmm, I should log in an official complaint. Not complaining, just to HELP them to IMPROVE their services :) 

港澳之旅。我的第一本旅游相册

终于，收到了我的第一本旅游相册 :)

从修复、筛选、设计、排版，整个过程，用了五个月时间。
呵呵，真的不得不佩服我自己。

筛选及排版是最难的步骤。
每张照片都那么漂亮，难选择；
照片的尺寸又不一样，排版时真头痛。

今年三月，在Groupon买了两张Pixajoy voucher。当初买的时候，是打算送一本给朋友，但又担心朋友不喜欢，就改变了主意。设计了四十页，打算分上下两集，放入我游港澳的美丽景色。

当要上载时发现，一本已是四十页；换句话说，多了一本。
由于就快截至，没时间再设计另一本，就将另一本，按照原本计划，送给朋友。

这样也好，大家都是第一次一起出外旅游，第一次合照，
这本就当作是大家第一次的旅游照片集吧！

第二本刚完成，应该会在后个星期一收到！
又是另一个惊喜，哈哈，真好玩！
